2022 Chevrolet Traverse: The Chevrolet Traverse receives a freshened exterior, new seating options, available dual panel sunroof, a new infotainment system that supports wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto and available adaptive cruise control. Traverse is a three-row crossover that seats 7 or 8 passengers and is offered only as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the Dodge Durango, Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander and Volkswagen Atlas.

Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Seven trims are offered: L, LS, LT, Cloth, LT Leather, RS, Premier, and High Country. There are two engines available: A 3.6-liter V6 that makes 310 horsepower and a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 257 horsepower. Both engines pair with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 5,000 pounds.

Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring. Pricing ranges from $30,000 to more than $50,000.
