2021 Chrysler Pacifica: The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica gets refreshed exterior and exterior design, new safety and entertainment tech, as well as available all-wheel-drive for 2021. The Pacifica is a minivan that seats 7 or 8 passengers depending on configuration. A hybrid variant is also available. Competitors include the Honda Odyssey, Kia Sedona and Toyota Sienna.
Front-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. Four trims are offered: Touring, Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle. There are two engines available: A 3.6-liter V6 that makes 287 horsepower and a plug-in hybrid version with an electric motor that produces 260 total horsepower. The V6 pairs with a nine-speed automatic while the hybrid has a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). The Pacifica Hybrid delivers an estimated 33-mile electric driving range.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring. Pricing has not been released.
