2020 Volkswagen Atlas: The Volkswagen Atlas sees the addition of new tech features like in-car telematics and Wi-Fi hotspot. Atlas is a three-row crossover that seats 7 passengers and is only available as a 4-door wagon. Competitors include the Chevrolet Traverse, Ford Explorer and Honda Pilot.

Front-wheel drive is standard with four-wheel drive being optional. Seven trims are available: S, SE, SE w Technology, R-Line, SEL, SEL R-Line, and SEL Premium. There are two different engines offered: A 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that makes 235 horsepower and a 3.6-liter V6 that makes 276 horsepower. Both pair with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 5,000 pounds.

Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $30,000 to $49,000.
