2020 Jaguar F-Type: The Jaguar F-Type sees the addition of standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, in addition to a new Checkered Flag Limited Edition variant. The F-Type is a 2-seat luxury sports car that's available as a 2-door coupe or convertible. A high-performance variant called SVR is also available. Competitors include the Chevrolet Corvette, BMW Z4, Toyota Supra, and Porsche Cayman.
Rear-wheel-drive is standard with all-wheel-drive being optional. There are six trims: P300, Checkered Flag, P340, R-Dynamic P380, R, and SVR. There are five different engines available: A 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder that produces 296 horsepower, a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 that produces 340 horsepower, a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 that produces 380 horsepower, a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 that makes 550 horsepower, and a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 that makes 575 horsepower in the SVR. All engines pair to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Available driver-assist technology includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rearview camera with cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high-beam headlights. Pricing ranges from $61,000 to $127,000.
