Chevrolet Camaro 1LE

2017 CHEV CAMARO 1LE: Wonderful news for Camaro fans was released by Chevrolet at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. It’s the arrival of the 2017 Camaro with a new-generation 1LE package for both the V-8, and first time, the V-6 models. As 1LT or 2T coupes, the 335-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 comes matched with a six-speed manual transmission. It also features 20-inch forged aluminum wheels and more aggressive suspension tuning. Buyers of the 2017 Camaro SS 1LE receive the 6.2L LT1 V-8 rated at 455-hp, and a beefier six-speed manual gearbox. Automatic transmissions are not offered. Both the V-6 and V-8 packages receive a satin black hood, front spiller, three-piece rear spoiler, dual exhaust system and Brembo brakes. The Camaro 1SS models also obtain magnetic ride control, with a new FE4 suspension tuning and a new electronic limited slip differential. Additional features available on the 1LE package add a performance video/data recorder, Recaro seats and massive Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. All Camaro coupe models provide 11.3 cu ft. of cargo room. For the record, only two parts carry over from the fifth-generation Camaro to the new Gen Six: the rear bowtie emblem and the SS badge. Expect the 2017 Camaro 1LE to be available at Chevrolet dealerships in late 2016.
