2017 Nissan Frontier: The mid-size pickup class has been revitalized in recent years, and the 2017 Nissan Frontier is in the thick of the competition against vehicles such as the Chevrolet Colorado, Honda Ridgeline, and Toyota Tacoma. The Frontier sees minor changes for 2017. The Frontier is available in King Cab and Crew Cab configurations.There are two available engines - a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that makes 152 horsepower or a 4.0-liter V6 that makes 261 horsepower. The four-cylinder mates to a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission, while the V6 mates to either a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic. EPA-estimated fuel-economy numbers range from 15 mpg city to 22 mpg highway. The Frontier is offered with two- or four-wheel drive.Available features include moonroof, dual-zone climate control, spray-on bedliner, fog lamps, bed extender, satellite radio, navigation, Bluetooth, heated front seats, and cruise control.Available safety features include rear-view camera, and dual-front, front-side and side-curtain airbags.The 2017 Nissan Frontier has a base price of $18,390, not including dealer and destination fees.
