2017 Ford GT: The 2017 Ford GT serves as the brand's halo car and it will compete with other low-production, high-dollar performance cars such as the Acura NSX, Porsche 911 Turbo, and supercar offerings from Ferrari and Lamborghini.The two-seat GT is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 making 647 horsepower that pairs with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The GT is rear-wheel-drive with a mid-engine layout and has an EPA-rated fuel economy of 11 mpg city and 18 mpg highway. With a top speed of 216 mph, Ford claims the GT will be the fastest production Ford in history.Available features include tilt and telescope steering wheel, carbon-fiber seats, LCD instrument cluster screen, navigation system, Ford's Sync3 multimedia system, and push-button start.Available safety features include a rear-view camera and dual-front, front-knee, front-side and side-curtain airbags.
