Infiniti Q70L

2015 INFINITI Q70L: A new model on display in the Infiniti stand at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show is the 2015 Infiniti Q70L. The new Infiniti Q70L broadens Infiniti’s offerings for those who desire enhanced spaciousness and versatility, appealing to the sporty sedan fan that also requires executive levels of interior room. There are four available long wheelbase models: Q70L 3.7, Q70L 3.7 AWD, Q70L 5.6 and Q70L 5.6 AWD. Each of the new sedans adds 5.9 inches to the wheelbase that increases the leg and knee space in rear seat room, and augments the athletic presence of the vehicle. The 2015 Q70L wears new LED headlights, an Adaptive Front lighting System (AFS) with auto-leveling headlights, and new double arch grille with high-quality waved mesh finish and chrome surround. The same solid feel is echoed in the new front bumper with integrated LED fog lights, giving the Q70L a dignified presence on road. Other standard exterior features include a power sliding tinted glass moonroof with one-touch open/close, tilt feature and sliding sunshade, power-folding heated outside mirrors with integrated LED turn signal with reverse tilt-down feature and rain-sensing variable intermittent front windshield wipers. A selection of efficient powertrains is offered, starting with the 3.7-liter V-6 and 5.6-liter V-8 engines. The refined 3.7-liter aluminum-alloy DOHC 24-valve V6 is rated at 330 horsepower, while the powerful 5.6-liter Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) aluminum-alloy DOHC 32-valve V8 is rated at 420 horsepower for the standard model and 416 horsepower and 414 lb-ft of torque for the Q70L long wheelbase version. Also available is an advanced hybrid powertrain featuring the Infiniti Direct Response Hybrid® system with Intelligent Dual Clutch Control, rated at net power output of 360 horsepower. Consumers have a choice of rear-wheel or all-wheel drive configurations. Reflecting the sensuous lines of the exterior, the 2015 Infiniti Q70L’s well-appointed and inviting interior provides 110.6-cu.ft. of interior room, versus 103.6-cu.ft. for the standard Q70.
