2009 PONTIAC G5: Pontiac?s smart, sexy G5 coupe gets a major boost in power and mileage for ?09, thanks to its more efficient, 155 h.p. 2.2-liter Ecotec engine featuring variable valve timing. The front wheel drive G5 coupe continues with new standard features, like XM Satellite Radio. Built on GM?s global small car platform, the G5 is available in base and GT designations. A Getrag 5-speed manual gearbox is stock, and an electronically controlled 4-speed automatic tranny is optional.
