Doubtful quality of paid service, no follow up from the service advisor.
Went in to the service department today to get an oil change, and used the “werks special service†coupon which also included tire rotations, multi-point inspection and a car wash. I declined the car wash, and only asked for the other 3.
I got my car back an hour and a half later, and everything seemed okay at first glance. After driving off the dealership, I looked at my wheels and it was clear a tire rotation was not done (the two front tires have curbside scratches and they were not moved, which is how I knew it wasn’t touched). I called the service advisor at 2:20 PM, and he advised me that the mechanic did sign off saying the tire rotations were done (indicated by the mechanic’s note of the torque wrench). The service advisor said he will get more information for me on what were the actual changes made vs. when I first brought in the car. No follow up, so I called back at 2:57, and I was advised that the mechanic was on a long road test, and has yet to return. I have not received any word since then, and now they’re closed. As a customer, that leads me to assume some suspicion that the work was actually not done, or there’s no regards to customer service.
Please, someone from the management team get back to me so I can get the correct and truthful answer.
