    Avoid them at all costs, once they sell you a car, you are on your own. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car and all they wanna do is charge me more money! Shady people, Chris the “sales man” aka shark is useless. Find somewhere else. They refuse to stand behind their warranty... or the recalls for the car. I’ve had my car in the shop over 10 times since purchase. As another used stated, they should be investigated. Hawk Chevy, don’t tell me to “contact” you because I already did. You lost a costumer for life, and I will make sure no one that I know makes a purchase or even gets an oil change with you clowns!

    can't Express how happy i am with my 2019 Chevy Equinox. Thanks to Christopher Knight who helped us. very nice person and helped us get exactly what we wanted verses the first place we went to. This is our second purchase here and we are completely satisfied with the service provided thanks again! Also he knows Spanish!

    These clowns quoted my dad $315 to replace a $30 dollar part which only took 5 minutes to replace. They knew exactly what the issue was the minute my dad had brought the vehicle to them, a vehicle which he purchased from the same dealership...you’d think they treat their customers better. These clowns will try and con those who do not know any better, they pray on the elderly and those who speak little or no English...it’s one thing to charge for honest work but not these clowns, they will rip you off every step of the way. Stay away from this place like a plague...this business should be investigated by the consumer protection bureau.

    Came for an oil change I also got fuel injection done the Service rep said next time I need two things done, but i ask could have one done this time so I had the fuel one done at this time. She also told me what I'll need next time when I come into service so I'm prepared. I also like the page of telling me like ...good / fair / replace problems etc
