    Walked in for a 5pm appointment. Was not greeted. When I found someone i asked for Maria who set me up the appointment. All of the salesman hang out at that circle front desk. No one was even eager to help me when I asked. So when I was helped the vehicle was not even pulled up ready and warm. Took the salesman 5 minutes to find it. Then when we finally go over numbers they add on so many fees it's crazy. 500-600 for an etching fee, and 600-800 for T+W care, which he said was costs for detailing the car and making it good to go. Can you imagine if a business ran like this such as a store. TV is 500, but add 100 fee for making sure it looks good on the display model.

    Dropped my car off. They diagnosed the issues and provided a quote for repairs. The quote was 2x what I paid another mechanic to complete. The diagnosis was 100% correct, but I am not sure they wanted to work on the car. Good service from the tech and the customer service rep.

    I am writing to inform you how disappointed I am in the service I am received from their dealership. I purchased my Chevrolet Equinox during the summer. I had some issues with a salesman, and I was happy to find that your finance guy, Peter, worked with me to help resolve my issues (eventually). On top of that, the used car salesman said that they would replace the windshield due to the "chip" in it. Again, the dealership did everything it could to help, and I appreciate it. However, this is where my frustration begins. After the initial replacement, I had co-workers and friends ride in the passenger seat of the car. Each of them complained that the looking out the windshield was difficult, due to a "haze" to it. One friend said that it looked as though he was looking into a "funhouse mirror" due to how distorted it looks. I did not notice this myself until Monday this week. When I was pulling out into an intersection, the sidewalk looked "hazy" too. The haze was in a "Z" pattern across that part of the windshield. I called and spoke to Arthur on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, and he told me to come in Thursday, January 10, 2019, so he can see it. I drove up to the dealership from Elk Grove Village, where I work, and I brought the car in for him to look. Initially, he did not notice the "haze" until I had him thoroughly look. He saw it then; he then called the "windshield replacement" company that you sub-contract out to, and they confirmed a Friday, January 11, 2019 replacement. Again, you they were accommodating for that, and they gave me a loaner vehicle so I can drive to work and back. I woke up at 5:00 AM and drove to Libertyville from Elk Grove Village, to drop off my vehicle a second time. I arrived, checked in, and Arthur got me a loaner. I called around 4:00 PM and asked if my car was ready. Arthur answered the phone and said that it was and I had until 9:00 PM to pick it up. I drove up to Libertyville from Elk Grove Village, again, to get my car. Upon pick up, I brought my friend along. When we arrived and entered my vehicle, I noticed a half dollar sized grease stain on the interior hood cloth from -- whomever. I immediately grabbed a technician and pointed it out. He said he will find a chemical to clean it. While doing that, I looked at the windshield, again, and noticed the same "haze" was on the passenger side. The haze was not as prominent as it was before. However, it was present on the windshield again. I checked the outside of the windshield and noticed "scrapes" and paint loss around the edge of my hood, right near the windshield. Additionally, there was grease left behind from whoever replaced it. I have no idea who they contract with, but I advise not using them again. The contractor used cheap glass, and they did not use GM certified glass to install. Whether that is common practice or not, that is beside the point. The biggest issue I have is, now my car needs repairs to the hood. I hope they have a good body shop to take care of this, and not cheap out on the project. I do not want my car to have paint flaking off of it or rust down the road. I reached out to them, again, in order to get this resolved. I advise caution if you want to purchase from them. I already had sales issues with the salesman and the finance guy, initially.

    I received a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement. The service was very friendly, informative, and extremely quick. I was in a hurry anyways since we were preparing for the upcoming holiday, and it was unexpected at how quickly everything was completed. The appt ended with a thorough review of what will need serviced at my next scheduled oil change- which I really appreciated because there will likely not be any repair surprises. S Jefferson
