Leased again from Bill Jacobs BMW and had an even better experience. Got VERY Lucky and had Russ Millard for sales. Big imposing guy with the sweetest disposition! ( He played Big 10 and Pro Basketball). Couldn't have been nicer to my wife and I with test drives and explanations! Weren't sure what we were getting so lots of trial and error comparisons. Could not be happier with all of the experience! Thank you Russ Millard!
Next came the actual running of the numbers. Mike Alder Sales Manager was Awesome! No pressure - just simple back and forth to come to an agreeable final price. Best negotiating experience EVER! Thank you Mike Alder!

As I bought my CPO BMW from Bill Jacobs in 2015, I have had nothing but the best experience. From the purchase of my vehicle to the service departments customer service, they truly know how to keep their customers satisfied. My service advisor Deanna DeCarlo has been an absolute angel!! She consistently ensures that all my needs are met and that I am completely satisfied before I receive my vehicle back. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for service and Deanna went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my vehicle was diagnosed, repaired, and paid for by BMW because of an on going issue that wasn't resolved previously. I will definitely maintain my loyalty to Bill Jacobs BMW because of their amazing vehicles, but most importantly their customer service. Deanna is an asset to this organization and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Bill Jacobs for your next BMW purchase!!!

I was introduced to Deanna DeCarlo in the service department, when I first purchased my car. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I make sure that she is there any time that I have any service needs, and she always goes above and beyond for me. If I ever have a question about my car, Deanna is very quick to respond, and always steers me in the right direction. Thank you Deanna! It is because of you, that I will continue to be a BMW owner, exclusive to Bill Jacobs.

I originally started coming to Bill Jacobs because the car I purchased had a certified pre-owned warranty. For the most part, I try finding cheaper rates at other shops when I need work done, but I have always been satisfied with the quality of work here.
A big draw to this dealership is their service. The first appointment I scheduled at this dealership was with Service Advisor Deanna, and she's awesome. Super personable, extremely helpful and she goes out of her way to make your life a little easier. Since that first appointment, every time I call in for work to be done, I specifically request to work with her because of the experiences I've had. I can imagine that the rest of the service advisory staff is great, but I can honestly say that I don't think I would have continued to schedule service here if it wasn't for how great a Service Advisor Deanna is.
Also, always request a loaner when you can. It makes your life way easier and probably one of the biggest perks to getting work done at a dealership. 1 thumb for Bill Jacobs, 2 thumbs for Deanna :)
