    Doubtful quality of paid service, no follow up from the service advisor. Went in to the service department today to get an oil change, and used the “werks special service” coupon which also included tire rotations, multi-point inspection and a car wash. I declined the car wash, and only asked for the other 3. I got my car back an hour and a half later, and everything seemed okay at first glance. After driving off the dealership, I looked at my wheels and it was clear a tire rotation was not done (the two front tires have curbside scratches and they were not moved, which is how I knew it wasn’t touched). I called the service advisor at 2:20 PM, and he advised me that the mechanic did sign off saying the tire rotations were done (indicated by the mechanic’s note of the torque wrench). The service advisor said he will get more information for me on what were the actual changes made vs. when I first brought in the car. No follow up, so I called back at 2:57, and I was advised that the mechanic was on a long road test, and has yet to return. I have not received any word since then, and now they’re closed. As a customer, that leads me to assume some suspicion that the work was actually not done, or there’s no regards to customer service. Please, someone from the management team get back to me so I can get the correct and truthful answer.
    I didn’t trust what your dealership mechanics were telling me so I took the car to my buddy who’s a Nissan master tech mechanic to have my car checked out. I was told I was rubber stamped by your dealership. The intake tube for the throttle body was never touched and your mechanic told me it was filthy and the service advisor confirmed and said it needed to be cleaned. That was false! No one even checked it! They told me the brake pads were down to 2mm in back n 5mm in front but that also was false! My brake fluid was low and just needed to be topped off. I also asked your service advisor about the hard downshifting when in sport mode and he told me that was normal which is false! They didn’t even bother to look at it! The only thing your dealership was correct about was the air filters needed to be changed. I paid $130 for a dealership to check my car and wasted my money because just about everything was false. I will NEVER refer anyone to your dealership because you are taking advantage of hard working people. I was quoted about $1700 of work by your dealership that was wrong! I hope you stop taking advantage of people because I’m sure you’ve tricked people into paying for services that were never needed! The service advisor was trying to scare me that the car needed to be fixed ASAP and that’s just WRONG! Someone needs to train these people to stop taking advantage! I’m disgusted!

    Terrible service. Sales man Paul Trznadel is extremely dishonest, and loves to ease his way out of service issues. My headlight wasn't properly installed, and they literally just made a whole bunch of irrelevant excuses. Went home upset and down due to their terrible service.
