The Service Department was nice and polite and all but I went to the dealership instead of my usual mechanic because I wanted an expert analysis of some problems. At $150/hour, I really didn't get it. I got sort of cursory analysis and recommendations to replace some expensive parts and see what happens.
I do not see any reason to go there instead of an independent shop that will do as good a job or better for less money. By the way, I did actually do that afterwards and got exactly that, a better diagnosis and almost certainly better prices on the actual work needed.

I found a vehicle online and made my way from Indiana (2 hrs away) to get there. I arrive and they added nearly $1,000 extra to the price than what was agreed upon when I talked to a guy online. The guy I talked to the previous day conveniently didn't work there and apparently quit the day prior. I don't buy it. The whole purchasing process just wasn't good. Would not recommend.

The only nice thing I can say was the service department was polite. I was in for an oil change. I asked them to inspect certain aspects of my vehicle that were acting funny. The attendant looked like he was writing notes.
I waited the expected hour. I was called about five minutes after saying my vehicle was done. No comment about any inspection. Nothing on the paperwork about an inspection. I asked about the components. I got a blank stare and "you were here for an oil change".
Then came the kicker. I had to wait another thirty minutes for them to drive my car into the bay, because I couldn't get it myself.
I'd find another service department.
But the sales guy I talked to was pleasant.

Amazing experience! Quick, easy, and best of all, they do anything and everything to make sure the customer leaves happy! I had the pleasure of working with Hilary Fields, she was very professional and extremely nice and understanding. Absolutely no pressure from her and she did not hesitate to fulfill any changes I had and in-fact happily entertained any requests. It was my first car buying experience and although I had thought buying has always been a tedious and stressful process, Hilary and her team seemed absolutely the opposite. I am going to go ahead and say this-- Hilary is the BEST and MOST CUSTOMER ORIENTED sales person EVER, if ANYONE needs a car, GO TO HILARY FIELDS at Grossinger City Toyota. Oh and by the way, her Manager Jay is just as enjoyable to work with as Hilary herself. Thank you to Grossinger City for an amazing deal and experience, I will definitely be back!

Rude and aggressive salesmen. I have asked more than 5 times to not be called or emailed by their pushy salesmen, but I still continue to receive emails and calls, even at 10 am on a Saturday morning. This is ridiculous and I will never recommend Grossinger to any family or friends.
