    It's almost too good to be true, but the service here has been exceptional the three or four times that I've visited. I hope it remains that way. They fixed a few dents (no paint needed) on my car perfectly for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. [update:] After 3 years of going here, I can say that the service here is like nothing I've seen elsewhere. Luis, my service adviser is awesome. Goes out of his way to make sure that all my concerns are addressed. Highly recommended.

    I brought my car here four times and I had one good experience. The service writers are great and the service department is great at accommodating tight schedules. The downside is you pay dealership prices to get corner store quality repairs. The first trip was for an oil change and they tried to sell me brake work that I didn’t need. The next trip was for two tires, and that went well. I bought the three-oil change package so I went back to get the second oil change and they forgot to put the screws back in for the splash pan resulting in the large plastic shield under the engine scraping on the ground until I got under the car myself to put some screws back in. The third trip was for a check engine light. They got me in last minute on a Saturday and even got me a loaner car to drive, which was great. They fixed the car same day, awesome! But when I got home I realized they left a rag under the hood and forgot to resecure a hose clamp. The worst part was I warned them when I dropped the car off that this was their third chance to make things right because of their previous mistakes, and they still didn’t fix the car well. These were all minor problems, but signs of a systemic problem with quality control. If you’re under warranty, then this place is fine if you have the time to keep taking it back until they get it right. But if you are out of warranty and actually paying for this service, perhaps go elsewhere. When I contacted the service writer about this most recent mistake, they were very considerate and promised I would be contacted by a manager. Again, the service writers are great and the attention to customers is good, but in the end I just want my car fixed right so only a two star rating.
